For my end of study internship, my missions were : redesign and improvement of functionalities of ACPPAV's website. The new version responds to three major evolutions: marketing, graphic and technical.
The website was outdated, with a 10 year old look and feel. Their needs concerned UX & UI design so I had to to think about the organisation of differents pages and sections to make navigation as intuitive as possible according to website's targets.
I was in charge of designing the entire web interface (desktop and mobile), tree structure and referencing (Yoast SEO) to generate a growing and sustainable traffic. ACPPAV wanted to improve the general visibility of their website, awareness and the quality of training offer.
They needed a complete redesign to adapt to good web practices while maintaining their original graphic charter.
I updated the web design while keeping the colours of the graphic charter, ample whitespace and create illustrations so that the website is more attractive and more visual.
The website was built with Wordpress theme Divi to allow a full customization like animations, style for example.
The objective was to modernise the site and offer new web functionalities (interactive map, chat module, integration of external links, responsive design).
Thanks to this project, I got familiar with UX Writing and I choose the chatbot platform Flow XO to built it.
I had to search basics and best practices of writing a chatbot to determine it's purpose and create different messages based on user behaviour to engage website visitors.
